Ingredients:
Millet flour
Water
Ayoyo leaves or spinach
Okra
Dawadawa (locust beans), tomatoes, onions
Meat or fish
Instructions:
Prepare millet dough by stirring flour into hot water until smooth and thick.
Make soup: cook meats with spices, blend tomato-pepper-onion and simmer.
Add okra and ayoyo/spinach to soup.
Serve Tuo Zaafi with the leafy soup and meat.
