Ingredients:
2 cups peeled beans
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1 scotch bonnet
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp ground crayfish
Seasoning cubes and salt
Boiled eggs or sardines (optional)
Instructions:
Blend beans, peppers, and onion into a smooth batter.
Mix in oil, crayfish, seasoning, and salt.
Pour into containers or banana leaves.
Add boiled eggs or sardines inside each portion (optional).
Steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve warm.
