Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe plantains

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • Β½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Peel and cube plantains.

  2. Mix spices and toss with plantains.

  3. Deep fry until golden brown.

  4. Serve hot as snack or side dish.
