Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika, cumin
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Instructions:
Sauté onion, garlic, and pepper in oil. Add tomatoes and spices.
Simmer until thickened.
Make wells and crack eggs into them. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
Serve with warm bread.
