4 eggs
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika, cumin
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Instructions:
SautΓ© onion, garlic, and pepper in oil. Add tomatoes and spices.
Simmer until thickened.
Make wells and crack eggs into them. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
