Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach (or ugu)
1 lb assorted meat or fish
3 red bell peppers
1 scotch bonnet
1 onion
1/4 cup palm oil
2 tsp ground crayfish
Seasoning cubes and salt
Instructions:
Boil and season meat. Set aside.
Blend peppers and onion, then fry in palm oil until reduced.
Add crayfish, meat, seasoning, and salt.
Stir in spinach and cook till wilted.
Serve with rice, amala, or pounded yam.
