A festive roast, Mechoui is served at weddings and feasts. The lamb is cooked whole, seasoned simply, and melts in your mouth.
Recipe (Oven Version):
Ingredients:
1 leg of lamb
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cumin
Salt, pepper
Instructions:
Rub lamb with butter, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Roast in a hot oven (200Β°C) for 2 hours, basting occasionally.
Serve with bread or couscous.
