Ingredients:
Attiéké (Ivorian fermented cassava)
Tilapia or mackerel
Tomatoes, onions, bell pepper
Maggi cubes, salt
Oil for grilling
Instructions:
Steam attiéké with a little water until fluffy.
Season and marinate fish with spices and pepper blend.
Grill fish until golden and flaky.
Make fresh tomato-onion salsa as a side.
Serve attiéké with fish and salsa, optionally with fried plantains.
